AN APPEAL has been lodged against Bradford Council's rejection of plans for the installation of two flues at a Haworth nursing home.
Bronte Park in Bridgehouse Lane had sought permission for the flues in an outbuilding as part of a biomass wood pellet boiler.
But planners, refusing the application, said emissions from the boiler would have an adverse impact on neighbouring residents.
The appeal is being dealt with on the basis of written representations.
Visit bradford.gov.uk and search for application number 15/00657/FUL in the planning section for more details.
