Faulty fridge sparks Bradford kitchen fire
A FAULTY fridge led to a fire in the kitchen of a house in Bradford earlier this morning.
Fire crews from Bradford were called to the incident in Gladstone Road, Barkerend, at around 5am.
The occupants of the house were woken by smoke alarms and managed to escape from the property, containing the smoke to the kitchen.
Firefighters used breathing apparatus and a fan to clear the smoke, with the house only suffering minor damage.
