TRAVELLERS who set up a high-profile camp by the new Greenway cycle path in Shipley have moved on, before the need for legal action.
Residents were worried when the group of around eight caravans and motorhomes, plus other vehicles, moved onto the land opposite Canal Road on Friday.
They were next to the new traffic-free bike route between the Aire Valley and Bradford city centre which opened to the public in April.
Councillor Alex Ross-Shaw, raised the issue with Bradford Council officers and said he was pleased the matter had been resolved.
