Firefighters from Idle station were called to the factory
STAFF at a Baildon printing company acted quickly to stop a blaze developing on the premises after a piece of machinery caught fire last night.
Workers at Print Craft Ltd, on the Acorn Park Industrial Estate, Charlestown, used fire extinguishers to control the fire, which started in a machine used to put glitter on greetings cards.
A fire crew from Idle station attended the site shortly before 7pm, but found the fire was out.
