The scene of the arson attack
ARSONISTS struck at a tanning salon in Bradford early today.
Firefighters from Fairweather Green and Illingworth were called to Pro-Tan Thornton in Thornton Road, near the junction with Kipping Lane, at about 1.40am.
A spokesman for the Fairweather Green crew said a window at the property had been broken and a can of petrol placed inside the shop.
The break-in triggered a burglar alarm and firefighters arrived before the petrol fully ignited.
The premises suffered smoke damage, with further damage caused to internal doors.
West Yorkshire Police are investigating.
