Multi-vehicle pile up hits M62 at rush hour between Junctions 25 and 26
MOTORISTS are facing delays heading out of Bradford during this evening's rush hour after a multi-vehicle accident on the M62.
The incident has closed one lane westbound between Junction 26, at Chain Bar, and Junction 25, at Brighouse.
Long queues are developing on the M606 towards the collision, with emergency services reported to be at the scene.
One witness said he believed four vehicles had been involved in the collision - a black Volkswagen Golf, a lorry, a white Mercedes, and a silver Mitsubishi 4x4 Shogun – adding the incident took place just before the services at Hartshead Moor.
There are currently no details on whether anyone has been injured in the crash.
