Fruit trees are on offer
RESIDENTS of Holme Wood, Bradford, are being given the opportunity to plant a fruit tree in their gardens.
William English, who does work on an orchard on the estate, said the offer was open to all. He also wants to hear from estate residents who already have fruit trees in their gardens, so the buds and flowers can be monitored.
He said: “We have already got 12 homes on Holme Wood that have fruit trees from the orchard. We would like to know if anyone wants a fruit tree in their garden.”
