Supporters of the campaign to save Haworth Community Centre with one of the new banners they have had created to show the facility is still open
A GROUP set up to keep Haworth’s threatened community centre open is applying for cash grants.
The working group was established to save what is now being called Haworth Village Hall and Community Hub.
Parish councillor Ashna Yates, a member, said: “We’ve applied for grants to the parish council, Bradford Council community chest and also to the Craven Trust.” The centre is still running.
