CAMPAIGN group Bradford World Development Group has unveiled a new name and logo.
Global Justice Bradford will keep organising regular meetings, running stalls, lobbying local MPs and organising protests.
It is one of 45 groups which are part of Global Justice, whose central office is in London, which are campaigning against the root causes of poverty and injustice in the world.
David Somerville, a longstanding member of Global Justice Bradford, said: “For many years, we’ve brought Bradford residents together who are concerned about global injustice to campaign for a fairer world. As Global Justice Bradford, we’ll continue to act in solidarity with activists, civil society organisations and social movements in the global south and campaign for economic justice and an end to global inequality.”
