A MOTORCYCLIST who admitted breaching the terms of his provisional driving licence has had his bike seized by police in Bradford.
Officers stopped the 21-year-old after being called to the Reevy Crescent and Bishopdale Holme area of Buttershaw after complaints of a speeding rider performing ‘wheelies’.
The bike had also been sighted on grassland and there was fresh mud still on it, though the rider told police that dated from the previous day.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Using vehicles in this way puts residents at risk, damages community recreational areas and causes noise nuisance.
“It should not be tolerated and any information identifying vehicles concerned, their riders/owners, as well as where they are kept, can be passed to the police.”
Call 101 with any information.
