PLANS to turn two floors of a Manningham building into 18 flats have been submitted to Bradford Council.

Jeff Redmile put in the application to change the use of the first and second floor of Commercial House, 140-148 Manningham Lane, from offices to residential, a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments.

The ground floor of the large building, opposite Tesco Express, is used as an office, and the basement for marketing and manufacturing. “Valuable” roof space will be part of a future development. A decision will be made late next month.
