Teenage girl taken to hospital after accident in Thornton
A 15-YEAR-old pedestrian has been taken to hospital with slight head injuries after a collision involving a vehicle near a school in Bradford today.
The teenage girl was in Leaventhorpe Lane, Thornton, when the incident happened at about 7.40am near Thornton Grammar School.
A police spokesman said the girl's injuries were not too serious and appealed for anyone who was in the area at the time to get in touch if they had any information.
First West Yorkshire reported delays to bus services in the area as a result of the collision.
