PEOPLE wanting to have their say on how West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service runs over the next five years have until the end of January.

WYFRS’s Service Plan 2015-2020 says “creative thinking” is needed in the face of funding cuts to “find solutions to maintain and improve service delivery, optimise use of resources, reduce unnecessary costs and provide value for money to the tax payer.”

Residents can have their say at www.westyorksfire.gov.uk.

An updated plan will be published in April.
