TWO Keighley-district Slimming World consultants met singer and TV presenter Peter Andre during the organisation's awards ceremony.
The star was co-hosting the event, at Birmingham’s International Convention Centre, with Slimming World founder and chairman Margaret Miles-Bramwell.
Andrea Astin, who runs classes at Oakworth and Haworth, said: "Meeting Peter was a real treat – he is such a nice guy.
"I'm so proud of all of our members. They've lost fantastic amounts of weight throughout 2014, with many of them reaching their target weights and improving their health substantially."
She was joined at the ceremony by Carla Weatherill, who leads groups in Long Lee and Keighley.
"On top of seeing success on the scales our groups are great places to make friends," she said.
"We've had a lot of fun throughout the past year – we have held parties and raised money for charity and members have cheered each other on with every step of their weight loss journey."
