HOUSE prices across Yorkshire and the Humber are set to rise by five per cent in 2015, forecasters predicted.
According to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the regional increase is set to be the joint-highest across the UK.
A spokesman for RICS said: “Lack of supply to the market remains a running trend, and one that cannot be addressed fast enough.
“Overdue reform of stamp duty is likely to provide a tonic for the market.”
