BRADFORD police officers and the City Centre Beat Partnership staged the first of four ‘zero retail crime’ days.
Inspector Andy Gallant said the initiative involved increasing a visible deterrent while working with stores and security to reduce the opportunity to commit crime. He said this would be the focus of the city centre partnership over Christmas.
