FIREFIGHTERS across Bradford district are on a one-day strike as part of an ongoing row over pensions.
They included a picket line outside Shipley fire station today, where five people were waving Fire Brigades Union (FBU) banners and flags.
FBU members walked out at 9am - in what is the 48th period of industrial action since the dispute began.
West Yorkshire fire service said, since the strike action started, contingency crews have attended Oakwell Hall in Birstall after a burst radiator set off a fire alarm, and a property in Todmorden where a woman was locked in.
