A 17-YEAR-OLD youth accused of involvement in a mass street brawl in Bradford city centre has admitted violent disorder partway through his trial.
The Bradford teenager, who cannot be named because of his age, admitted the offence yesterday at the close of the prosecution case.
The jury has watched graphic CCTV footage of the violence, in the early hours of bank holiday Monday, May 26, in Sackville Street and Westgate.
Still on trial at Bradford Crown Court are Jahbari Blair, 18, of Rookwood Vale, Osmondthorpe, Leeds, who denies wounding with intent, and Levon Halliday, 31, of Reginald Street, Chapeltown, Leeds, who pleads not guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm and an alternative charge of violent disorder.
