GUIDES raised £480 at a ‘Toilet Twinning’ coffee morning, working to improve sanitation in rural Africa.
The 1st Burley-in-Wharfedale Guides held the event, selling Christmas crafts, jewellery, soaps, sweets and games.
The money raised will go to help provide compost-able latrines in African villages.
The Guides and their leaders thanked all those who attended and made the event a success.
