GUNS, knives, and ammunition have been given to West Yorkshire Police stations at the half-way point of the ten-day weapons surrender.
People are asked to hand over the weapons following a change in the law which makes it illegal for some to hold antique weapons.
Temporary Assistant Chief Constable Andy Battle, said: “We have had 25 guns, or gun parts, and 11 other weapons handed in.”
Weapons can be handed in at stations across the county.
