A VACANT commercial building in Bradford, a Keighley pub and a plot of land in Lidget Green all failed to sell at auction.
The 2,318 square metre former QLM building on Idle Road was under the hammer at the Eddison’s auction at Elland Road stadium in Leeds on Thursday, but the large ex-furniture store failed to sell for the £400,000 asking price.
The empty Bracken Arms pub in the Bracken Bank area of Keighley also failed to attract any bidders. It had a reserve of £35,000.
A plot of land on Harlow Road in Lidget Green failed to reach its £30,000 asking price.
