Couple talk at meeting
A FORMER Bradford League opening batsman and his wife were guests for a talk at the Huddersfield Advanced Motorists Group’s latest meeting.
Keith and Sylvia Thompson gave a talk on their cricketing exploits. The couple met when he was 19.
The next meeting is Monday, November 3 at The Royal British Legion Club, Scar Lane, Golcar, from7.30pm for 8pm, which will include their annual general meeting.
