Pupils urge dog walkers to clean up
CHILDREN at Cullingworth Primary School have designed posters encouraging dog walkers to clear up after their pets.
Pupils in Years 3, 4 and 5 took part in a competition organised by Friends of The Dell, a voluntary group dedicated to improving woodland area.
“We were impressed by the posters,” said a group spokesman.
Results: Year 3 – 1st, Zackariah Hadi, 2nd, Maddie Scott; Year 4 – 1st, William Campbell, 2nd, Zainab Hussain and Olivia Waterhouse; Year 5 – 1st, Katie Hirst, 2nd, Grace Smith.
