BIG sister Aleiseah Bradley and friends will be walking four miles this weekend to raise money for Candlelighters cancer charity.
The St Columba’s RC pupil, who is five, wanted to do the sponsored walk to say thank you to the charity for helping her baby sister Emmie Lea Bradley, who has leukaemia.
Aleiseah and her mum Amanda Broadbent, 26, will be leading the walk from their family home at noon on Saturday in Lymington Drive, Holme Wood, to follow a route down Broadstone Way, Tong Street, Cutler Heights Way, Tyersal Lane and back down Broadstone Way.
Michela Tomlinson, Amanda’s best friend, will join them with more youngsters and families from the estate and local primary schools.
Donations can be made through Emmie’s Fund on Facebook or via Justgiving.com.
