AN 84-year-old man has died following a collision with a car in Bradford on Monday night.
The pedestrian was crossing New Otley Road from a central island shortly before 7pm on Monday when he was in a collision with a silver Rover 25.
He was taken to Leeds General Infirmary suffering with head injuries.
The driver of the Rover, a 61-year-old man, was not injured.
He was travelling in the direction of Undercliffe at the time of the collision.
Police are now looking to hear from anyone with any further information on the incident.
Sergeant Carl Quinn, of the major collision inquiry team, said: “We would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or saw the movements of the vehicle, or pedestrian, prior to the incident.”
