TWO men have appeared in court charged with wounding with intent and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice after a man suffered head injuries in a brawl in a Bradford street.
Andrew Sibson, 38, of Northdale Mount, Wibsey, and Warren Smith, 45, of Hillam Street, Bradford, appeared before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court yesterday.
The 40-year-old victim, named in court as Craig Kaye, suffered head injuries in the incident in Hollybank Road, Great Horton, shortly after midnight on Monday, September 1, this year. He was taken to Leeds General Infirmary where he remains in a 'stable' condition.
A 16-year-old boy also appeared in court yesterday charged with the same two offences.
Magistrates transferred to Bradford Crown Court, where the defendants will next appear on October 28.
No indication of pleas were given and all three were placed on conditional bail.
