POLICE have named a woman who died in a four-vehicle crash on the M606 in Bradford on Tuesday afternoon.
Angela Knight, 47, from Lymm in Cheshire, died after her car was involved in a collision with two lorries and another car just before junction three on the northbound carriageway at around 2pm.
An inquest into her death is due to open in Bradford on Monday.
A 46-year-old man arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has since been released on bail.
A 60-year-old Bradford man in another car was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with serious, but non-life threatening, injuries.
Both carriageways were shut by police for more than two hours to allow the Yorkshire Air Ambulance to land, and the motorway was not fully re-opened until after 9pm.
The Major Collision Enquiry Team is continuing to investigate the collision and is appealing for witnesses to contact them on 101.
