A MINI-motorbike was seized by police after a woman was spotted riding it on Holme Wood estate.
Officers saw the woman on Pit Hill, an area blighted by nuisance scrambler and quad bikes, and told her motorbikes were not allowed on the land. She was given a Section 59 warning.
A police spokesman said: "We have had a number of reports recently over the nuisance bikes in this area. Although the bike was a small one and not likely to cause much damage, we have a duty to deal with everyone the same way.
"If you are found to using a vehicle in an anti-social manner you will be dealt with accordingly."
