A 15-YEAR-OLD boy has been cleared today of raping a 13-year-old girl in an alleyway in Bradford city centre.

A jury at Bradford Crown Court acquitted the teenager, who was just 14 at the time the offence was alleged to have taken place in February.

He said the girl consented to sex and then threatened to cry rape if he did not hand over £20.

The girl had been drinking alcohol with a friend in a car park in the city centre until the early hours, the court heard.

She wandered off on her own and claimed the boy, who had been to a party, pulled her into the alleyway, took down her clothing and forced himself on her.
