A TEENAGER from Bradford had two teeth knocked out in a "violent, vicious and unprovoked attack" in a Leeds bar.

The 19-year-old was on the dance floor at Stone Roses - a bar under the railway arches on Lower Briggate - when he was punched in the face by a man. It happened at about 2.45am on August 25.

Officers from British Transport Police have released a picture of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident.

Detective Constable Jason Ridgway said: "This was a violent, vicious and unprovoked attack which has left the victim with serious facial injuries.

"Fortunately this was an isolated incident. We work closely with the bar's supervisors and door staff to ensure revellers have an enjoyable night without fear of this kind of vicious attack.

Det Con Ridgway added: "Two of the victim's front teeth were knocked out during the assault. Door staff quickly ejected the attacker, who was with a female at the time."
