A RAGING fire destroyed fixtures and fittings of an empty Bradford pub in the early hours of this morning.
Fire crews from Odsal and Bradford were called to the Gardeners' Arms in Holme Top Lane, Little Horton, at 6.15am where half of the boarded-up pub was already ablaze.
A man living in an adjoining property was evacuated and officers wearing breathing apparatus used hoses and a large jet to tackle the fire in the ground and first floor which was safely put out by 9am.
Investigations into the cause of the fire are now underway.
