BRADFORD University's academic standards, along with the learning opportunities and information it provides for students, all meet expectations, a report has confirmed.
The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education found that learning opportunities for undergraduates and postgraduates who were still taught met UK expectations.
However, opportunities for postgraduate researchers needed improvement, the report said, suggesting the university ensured effective monitoring of progress of all research students, the supervision they were given and their training needs.
Good practice identified in the report included engagement with student representatives and the students' union and also the commitment to working with employers to ensure graduates left university with good employment prospects.
