Skiers from the district are being invited to take part in a charity skiing challenge to help the British Heart Foundation.
The Heartfeat Ski Challenge 2007 takes place from March 8 to 11, with the aim of skiing one million vertical metres in three countries in three days.
Participants will ski on some of the premier ski slopes in France, Switzerland and Italy.
