Jobless figures have risen over the last month in the district.
Latest statistics for the Craven area show there are 364 people in the district claiming Jobseeker's Allowance compared to 346 in November.
The figure equates to an unemployment rate of 1.2 per cent - still well below the UK average of 2.5 per cent.
