Alcohol awareness groups and cooking sessions will form part of a week of action in Bradford by police, youth services and a community centre.
Between next Monday and July 19 there will be a variety of activities in Buttershaw and Woodside.
Workers from Sandale Community Centre, Sandale Walk, Woodside, will join forces with police officers and youth workers to chat with youngsters on the streets, and to run alcohol and underage drinking awareness discussion groups, and cooking and eating sessions, among other activities.
A police spokesman said: "The aim is to encourage more young people to attend the youth clubs and activities provided in the area, reduce incidents of anti-social behaviour and strengthen the links between the police and the young people."
