Appeal lodged against cab office refusal

A plan to turn a store into a taxi office is to go to appeal, after being refused by Bradford Council planners. The plan, for a partial change of use, was for a premises in Legrams Lane, Bradford. It was turned down in April but the appeal will now be decided by the Planning Inspectorate.
