A scrutiny team is to monitor progress on a hard-hitting action plan designed to drive up standards in the district’s schools.
In December, Bradford Council began its 15-point “educational attainment” plan – a series of goals designed to improve school performance in the coming years. It was shaped by the Council’s children’s services scrutiny committee after a year-long investigation into the local education system.
Now the same committee will consider what progress has been made so far, at its meeting on Tuesday at 5.30pm at City Hall.
