Police are investigating the thefts of two sat-navs and an iPod from cars left parked on the same street.

The crimes took place in The Groves, Skipton, overnight from Monday, April 7, and are being investigated by North Yorkshire Police.

Police are appealing for information.

PC Andy Middlemiss, of Skipton Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “If you were in the area at the time of the thefts and noticed any suspicious behaviour, I urge you to contact the police straight away.

“I am also keen to speak with anyone who has been offered a satellite navigation system or iPod in unusual circumstances and ask them to get in touch.”

Anyone who can help should call Skipton police on 101, select option two and ask for PC Middlemiss.
