Animal lovers are being sought to help run a fundraising store in Otley.

Veterinary charity PDSA is seeking new volunteers for its busy shop on Kirkgate.

Store manager Antonia Pournara said: “A volunteer in our store will get to meet new people and add some valuable skills and experience to their CV.

“They will also be helping to raise much-needed funds for local pets in need.

“We are looking for people who are passionate about pets and can lend a hand, even if it’s a few hours a week.”

For more details about volunteering call the PDSA’s National Volunteering Centre on freephone 0800 854194 or visit the website at www.pdsa.org.uk/ volunteering.
