Mike Inglis has rejoined the board of Saltaire-based global TV and broadband technology business Pace plc as a non-executive director after stepping down last year to participate in the Clipper Round the World yacht race.
Mr Inglis, a Pace non-executive director from 2008 until last year’s annual meeting, was chief commercial officer of ARM Holdings until March 2013, having previously been executive vice-president of its processor and sales and marketing divisions.
Pace chairman Allan Leighton said: “We are all pleased to welcome Mike back to the board.
“He is an excellent board member, steeped in knowledge of the world of technology.”
