Women from diverse cultural backgrounds will gather for an event promoting healthy living for families.
The event, taking place tomorrow, celebrates International Women’s Day and includes gym tasters, vitamin advice, a healthy food station, advice on health issues such as obesity and diabetes, face painting, mehndi and stalls selling make-up, clothing, beauty treatments.
The event, organised by Womenzone, is aimed at bringing together women from South Asian, Eastern European and other communities in Bradford.
The event takes place at the Womenzone Community Centre, Hubert Street, Bradford, from 12noon to 4pm.
