The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council: Cottingley: demolition of existing garage and conservatory and construction of single-storey rear extension, 36 Beckfield Road.

Fairweather Green: change of use from workshop to MOT bay and car repair workshop with external cladding, premises at York Street. Fairweather Green: construction of two-storey rear extension and part single-storey rear extension, 174 Rhodesway. Fairweather Green: demolition of attached garage and construction of two-storey side and rear extension, 3 Leaventhorpe Avenue. Fairweather Green: integral illumination and screen to ATM fascia, Spar, Unit 2 Crossley Hall Centre, Thornton Road. Fairweather Green: retention of ATM installed through glazed shop front, Spar, Unit 2 Crossley Hall Centre, Thornton Road. Frizinghall: single-storey rear extension with the following dimensions: extend beyond rear wall of original dwelling 3.5m, maximum height of extension 4m, height to the eaves 3m, 4 Aireville Road.

Heaton: construction of seven detached dwellings, conversion of the existing barn and refurbishment of the existing Grade II-listed building, land at Lady Royd Lodge, Duckworth Lane. Heaton: single-storey side extension to existing retail unit, Nafees Bakers Ltd, 210-212 Lilycroft Road. Heaton: single-storey side extension with dormers and rooflights in roof extension, 13 Baslow Grove.

Ilkley: change of use of current single garage into a dog-grooming business, 11 Springfield Avenue. Ilkley: construction of second-floor extension to create five additional bedrooms, Abbeydale Rest Home, Grove Road. Ilkley: extension to rear and alterations to Westville Avenue elevation including garage door, windows and new porch entrance, 20 Westville Avenue. Ilkley: new porch to rear, 39 Lister Street. Ilkley: replacement of existing single-storey side extension with new single-storey side extension, 8 Cheltenham Avenue.
