Court issues warrant for Girlington man
Bradford and Keighley magistrates issued a warrant not backed for bail when David Foster, 48, of Fairbank Terrace, Girlington, Bradford, failed to attend court today to be sentenced for common assault.
Foster, who had probation and psychiatric reports ready in his case, had pleaded guilty to assaulting Nicholas Ford on October 11.
