Keighley Area Committee will discuss the transfer of NHS commissioning to family doctors.
The new Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) pay for emergency and hospital care, as well as mental health, maternity and community health services.
The CCG for Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven has prepared a briefing on how the new system works, and progress since the system changed last April.
Keighley Area Committee, part of Bradford Council, will be asked for its views on the CCG system when it meets at 6pm tonight Thursday at Keighley Town Hall.
