Baildon resident Dorothy Goldsbrough joined the 100 club on Saturday when she became a centenarian.
Mrs Goldsbrough (pictured with family) was born in Manchester and came to Bradford with her family when she was 17.
Her husband, Harold, was a Bradford police officer during the Second World War.
He died in 1960, aged 47, and she has been a widow since.
She has two daughters, Elaine and Carol, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Mrs Goldsbrough, who lives with her eldest daughter Elaine, enjoyed a family reunion in the summer when a garden party was held to mark her upcoming birthday.
