Airedale Hospital offers relaxation event
Deborah Nice, senior occupational therapist at Airedale Hospital, near Keighley, will speak about relaxation techniques at a meeting on Wednesday, November 6, of Breathe Easy Aire Valley at the hospital dayroom for the elderly, 1.30pm to 3.45pm.
