A second man on trial at Bradford Crown Court accused of involvement in a £2 million drugs plot has been cleared by a jury.
It took the panel only minutes today to find Junaid Khan, 31, of Folkestone Street, Bradford Moor, not guilty of two allegations of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
Judge Peter Benson discharged him from the dock.
Last week, Shazad Ahmed Khan, 30, of Japonica Way, Bradford Moor, was cleared part-way through the trial of the two conspiracy charges.
Three other men – Sheeraz Khan, 32, of Ploughman's Croft, Bolton Woods; Saif Almeskry, 21, of Scoresby Street, Little Germany; and Tahir Ali, 27, of Thornton Lane, Little Horton – have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply drugs.
They will be sentenced on a date to be fixed, in the next four weeks.
The men were arrested following police raids in Bradford on March 2 and November 10, 2012.
