Runners are being urged to enter Bradford City Runs this Sunday and raise funds for key charities.
There are no entries on the day, so it is important you register before 5.30pm this Friday.
Participants can choose to do either a 5K, a 10K or a half-marathon route.
Runners will set off from the bottom of Thornton Road, close to City Park, and on completing their challenge will be awarded a medal and T-shirt.
The event is supported by Sue Ryder at Manorlands and Epilepsy Action.
Katie Stocks, of Epilepsy Action, said: “Not only does the running itself raise valuable funds for our work, it also provides us with an opportunity to raise awareness of the support available for people with epilepsy across Bradford and the rest of the UK.”
