An appeal has been lodged against Bradford Council’s rejection of plans for a house on land at Riddlesden.
The council claimed the proposed property – earmarked for a site south of 14 Barley Cote Road – would be too close to existing houses, leading to loss of privacy, and would be out of keeping with neighbouring buildings.
The appeal is being dealt with on the basis of written representations.
Visit the planning section of the council website, at bradford.gov.uk, and search for application number 13/02355/FUL for more details.
