Controversial plans to build houses on land owned by a charitable trust are due to be decided next Friday.
Trustees of the Tarn Moor Trust, in Skipton, want to sell the land bordered by the A65 at the edge of town off Raikes Road to a developer to build around 50 homes.
Craven District Council’s planning committee will be told that the development is acceptable and should be approved.
